"HER WILLING HANDS"

WOMEN'S MINISTRY

The Women's Ministry of Christ's Church of Marion County is an active group of Women. They meet throughout the year at scheduled times for fellowship, Bible Study, and discuss ways to reach out to our community. Fellowship opportunities at the church include a devotion, prayer and (of course) food and fellowship! This group provides a refreshing discipleship opportunity for the women in the church.

The Women's Ministry is also committed to being the hands and feet of Christ by serving our Church family and community. This may include sending cards - collecting personal items to be given in special Christmas baskets - collecting items for the Helping Hands Ministry - overseeing the preparation of communion and the laundering of baptismal garments and so much more.

Yearly Events:

Ladies' Spring Break – a free Saturday retreat for women

“Christmas in July” - an event to support the Helping Hands Ministry (Items collected benefit the residents of their facility and are items residents are not able to purchase with food stamps.)

Ministry Leader:   Elaine Murray & Nancy Lenoci
